About Roisin

Hi, I'm Róisín (Row-sheen) 🫶

My first baby, my son Arlo, was stillborn. I later experienced a miscarriage, and I now parent two living children alongside the memory of the babies I carry with me. When I tell you I understand — I mean in my bones.

The anxiety that spikes when your baby sleeps too quietly, the intrusive thoughts that ambush ordinary moments, the guilt that creeps in when grief resurfaces — I've been there.

I'm a person-centred psychotherapist (MBACP Accred, UK) specialising in baby loss and pregnancy after loss, now based in Perth and working online with parents across Australia.

Client Experiences

In Their Words

Finding someone to talk to who has personal experience of loss made me feel seen and understood from day one. Sessions were gentle, compassionate and thoughtful conversations — no tests, no 'gotcha' moments. Our work together completely changed how I approach my feelings and honour myself in this space. The balance of grief and hope.

Pregnancy after loss support

We lost a baby at 12 weeks. It was the hardest time of our life and Roisin was a huge support — giving me space to talk through my feelings and the challenge of parenting a toddler during this grief. Talking about it is hard, but talking has been incredibly therapeutic. I've reached a point where I can talk about our loss without crying. I feel much more in control.

“Grief is not something to move on from. It's something you learn to carry — and you don't have to carry it alone.”
